Catch the Midnight Oil guys teach at Church of the Resurrection in the Kansas City area, October 2-4. Midnight Oil will speak and exhibit at a series of conferences on the church campus.

Experiencing God through Art in Worship
Thursday AM
Regardless of our style, much of worship is built for our cerebrums. The use of contemporary art Ð the images of everyday lives - in worship gives us an opportunity to experience God with heart, mind and soul, where the big idea is woven together in every aspect of worship. Learn how to immerse your congregational worship in a transformative experience of God that both edifies and calls.
Pre-Institute Intensive Workshop
Strategies for Producing Powerful Worship
Thursday PM
This four hour experience will take the participant from macro to micro, back out again and then to wide angle to visualize the whole environment of the latest in worship production and planning. Includes segments on the vision and development of creative worship, the impact of image on worship and preaching, the dynamics of effective team design, and strategies for creating and maintaining forward momentum.
Leadership Institute Workshop
Video and Graphics for Sermon Illustrations and Media Development
Friday (2x)
Learn how to create a set of media elements that work together as one complete package for the effective delivery of the message. Specific attention will be given to sermon series development, or taking an entire series concept and extending its theme with continuity into each weekÕs worship.
