How to Use This Theme
• Order. With Jesus we no longer live in the weed-filled chaos of the world but follow a clean-cut God of peace. (1 Cor 14:29-33)
• Discipleship. Like mowing the grass, Jesus prunes every plant that bears fruit so that it will be made even more fruitful. (John 15:2)
• Temptation. We must be diligent to continue “trimming the grass” to prevent weeds from taking root in our soil. (Titus 2:11-12)
• Renewal. The presence of the Spirit is a fresh cut and watering on our dry and thirsty lawns. (Isaiah 44:3)
