How to Use This Theme
• Body of Christ. At Pentecost, the church took the form of something beautiful from the collection of simple, colorful and odd shapes from around the world. (Acts 2:1-13)
• Christian Formation. Though we may know Jesus, we often find ourselves falling back into destructive patterns. The faith journey is sometimes a painful struggle, always striving yet often failing to have Christ formed within us. (Galatians 4:8-20)
• Creation. By the works of the master shaper, the world came into being. (Genesis 1:1-2:3)
• Redemption. At the potter’s house, marred clay is put on the wheel and shaped anew. So are we sinners, when we allow God to reshape us. (Jer 18:1-10)
