I recently purchased the Announce It – 2 set and was surprised and disapointed that with all of those great slides – Upward – Alpha – etc – etc – there was not a single “Join The Media Team” request. Help – I was counting on it! :)

    Keep up the good work!

    Hey MO guys,

Thanks for the freebie, I only noticed it now.

I tried to go through the checkout and enter the code which does zero it but when it goes to confirm it returns back to the original cost and I daren’t go through with it cos it’s not showing me the zero at the final payment section. What do I need to do?

    Cheers!

Paul, Are you trying to choose an announcement in our store to add to cart? Please give us some more information on your situation and we’ll be happy to help. Thanks for using Midnight Oil.

  60. The MO Guys said,

    Wrote on October 15, 2009 @ 6:54 am

    Steve,

Thanks for the email. So you’re in the cart, and you enter the code in the “promo code” box, and click to update, and it updates the amount due to zero? And then when you click checkout it reverts to $4? Just trying to clarify here.

If so do you have cookies enabled? What browser are you using?

Hopefully we can diagnose this for you. Thanks!

  61. osborn4 said,

    Wrote on October 15, 2009 @ 7:09 am

You might want to include a like to the Announce It! collection. Just a thought.

  62. Brian Teague said,

    Wrote on October 15, 2009 @ 8:00 am

Can’t get this to work. I apply the coupon code, and it says my balance is $0.00, but when I proceed to the next screen, the $4.00 is back, and it is asking for my credit card info. Must be a glitch in there. Wanted to let you know.

  63. Brian Teague said,

    Wrote on October 15, 2009 @ 8:06 am

Just read the other comment that someone else was having the same problem, and you requested more info. I am using Firefox 3.5.3 and cookies are enabled.

  66. The MO Guys said,

    Andy,

Still having trouble? The bug that caused this was supposedly fixed. What browser are you using? And are you going directly to checkout or are you going to cart first? Also, are you logged in before going to cart or not?

  67. Andy HT said,

    Wrote on October 21, 2009 @ 12:03 pm

Thanks Guys – didn’t work yesterday but has today! I’m using Google Chrome and went via the cart to provide my voucher code, which it registered ok, giving me the $4 discount but as soon as I moved to the next screen the discount disappeared yesterday – but ok today! Andy

However, I may need to go buy the matching still, so I can really put together a cohesive service. ;)
