From 2006-2011 Len helped create worship at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church in Flower Mound, Texas.

From 1995-2000 Len served as media minister of Ginghamsburg Church. During this time, Len was part of a worship design team whose efforts almost tripled attendance to over 3000 people a weekend in worship. By mixing theory and practice in a weekly “living lab,” he created an effective model for media ministry, as well as the empowerment of a team of highly committed volunteers trained on technical systems he oversaw. He has also created worship in other settings, including a church plant that met at a high school cafeteria, and has consulted extensively on the subject across America.
