Believe it or not, I’m a primitive rughooking artist and I was looking for a colonial script that would give the “feel” that I need for an 1870 American Eagle design. Something along the feel of the U.S. Constitution script. So far, I like your finds: Halifax, Lily Wang and Freebooter Script. I will also be checking the sites: http://www.fontpark.net and http://www.dafont.com. I appreciate your site more than I can say and will be checking it from now on. I especially appreciate your comments and input below the scripts.

I think the CA license plate font is called “Rage Italic.” Fresh Script is indeed close!

It doesn’t seem real straight forward. I clicked on the blue Download text and it took me to (I’m guessing) the download page, where I clicked on the blue Download text again and the zip file started to download.

I checked out the fontpark site and you can’t download anything off of it. Could I be doing something wrong? Do you have to be subscribed to that site in order to download? I was looking at Bickham Fancy.

Hi! I came across this article while searching for fonts for an invitation that I’m designing for a friend. My question is: the Angelica font you listed is great, but when I click on the link it brings up a font called “Anglia,” and they’re not the same. I tried Google for more info without any luck. Where can I find the real Angelica font? Thanks!

Thanks for this awesome list of fonts. There’s a couple on here I’ve never heard of before!Amaze comes in normal and bold, and it’s one of my favorite script-type fonts.
